About Us

Bob’s Pizza Tour was founded by Robert ‘Bob’ Hanlon in 2019. Living in the Lower East Side, he realized that he was surrounded by some of the finest pizza in the land. He decided to take groups of friends on these tours and Bob's Pizza Tour was born, first launched on Airbnb Experiences in the fall of 2019.

During the pandemic, Bob took a break from tours and focused on social media and pizza content for @bobspizzatour which has paid dividends. During this time he moved to Baltimore. A former colleague put Bob in touch with Jack Armstrong in the summer of 2021.

 

After several meetings over pizza, Bob and Jack teamed up together, with Bob developing a new Baltimore tour and Jack touring from his base in New York. Since then, Bob’s Pizza Tour has hired several new guides and continues to lead tourists, foodies, birthday parties, corporate outings, and other groups up and down the East Coast. 

 

As NYC and Baltimore operations continue to buzz along, Bob and Jack are looking for the next location to expand to—Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Dallas… where to next?! Follow along @bobspizzatour to find out!
